Manage delivery and governance of Performance Management process (from Goal setting to reward letters) and Executive compensation basis market insights in order to attract, motivate, retain the best talent while ensuring alignment to Cipla’s Performance & Rewards Philosophy

**Accountabilities**:

- Implement the Performance management process and govern the same across different geographies and functions in Cipla with a view to create a performance driven culture and ensure that the best talent is attracted and rewarded
- Propose, implement & govern the grievance handling mechanism around performance and ensure fairness to the entire process
- Propose & Roll-out of Annual Compensation revision to ensure the increments are in line with organisation performance, budget and compensation philosophy across geographies.
- Design and oversee the implementation of Cipla's performance management system, linked to the rewards framework, in order to drive a performance culture across the organization
- Track scorecards for different businesses and to Propose & implement short-term incentive plan (Performance Bonus) to promote a culture of meritocracy, create linkage between Organisation and Individual performance in order to reward employees for Individual and Company success across Cipla.
- Prepare for data submitted for Annual Report Board and NRC meetings
- Run Analytics and provide insights on performance data for the organization
- Analyse, propose and rollout industry-leading communication practices to socialize, enable and create accountability in managers and leaders for the performance management process
- Continuously benchmark best practices across industry on the performance and rewards process and inculcate these practices suited to Cipla’s context and create analytics & insights to support line managers and leaders in make data-based decisions.

**Education Qualification**:
Graduate with a PG degree / diploma in Human Resource Management or an MBA

**Relevant Work Experience**:

- A minimum of 4-5 years’ prior work experience in Total Rewards at least 4 years of experience in managing C&B profile in an organisation of similar scale
- Strong executive presence and proven ability to influence internal and external stakeholders including business leaders, managers, talent acquisition and HR business partners
- Ability to source, collect and leverage market data to draw insights and make solid decisions and recommendations
- Strong execution and project/team leadership skills and ability to drive critical timelines.
- Analytics experience to create dashboards and share insights
