**About Us**

Tinsstel Town is a vibrant multicuisine restaurant that blends tradition with modern flavors. As part of our expansion, we are looking for a skilled and passionate **Chef de Partie - Bakery** to join our dynamic culinary team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare, bake, and present a variety of breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts with consistency.
- Assist in menu planning and creation of new bakery items.
- Train and supervise junior staff (Commis/DCDP) in bakery operations.
- Maintain recipe standards, portion control, and manage wastage effectively.
- Ensure proper storage, stock rotation, and requisition of raw materials.
- Uphold high standards of hygiene, food safety, and sanitation in the bakery.
- Work closely with the Head Chef and Pastry Chef to innovate and elevate guest experience.

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years of professional experience in bakery & pastry (restaurant/hotel/bakery setup).
- Strong knowledge of artisan breads, viennoiserie, cakes, desserts, and modern bakery trends.
- Diploma/Degree in Bakery & Pastry/Hotel Management preferred.
- Leadership skills with the ability to guide a team.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and passion for excellence.
