**We Are Hiring - Continental Section Team (Sous Chef / CDP / DCDP)**

Location**:Tenssel Town (earlier known as Taam Jhaam), Sindhu Bhavan road, Ahmedabad**

**Tenssel Town** is a vibrant multicuisine restaurant known for its innovative menu, premium quality, and exceptional dining experience. We are expanding our team and looking for passionate culinary professionals to join our **Continental Section**.

**Open Positions**
- **Sous Chef - Continental** (01 Position)
- **CDP (Chef de Partie) - Continental** (01 Position)
- **DCDP (Demi Chef de Partie) - Continental** (02 Positions)

**Job DescriptionsSous Chef - Continental**
- Assist Head Chef in managing the Continental kitchen.
- Supervise and train CDPs, DCDPs, and Commis.
- Ensure consistent taste, quality, and presentation.
- Control food cost, portioning, and wastage.
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and compliance standards.
- Contribute to menu planning and innovation.

**Requirements**:

- 4-6 years of experience in Continental cuisine.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of HACCP and food safety.
- Culinary degree/diploma preferred.

**Chef de Partie (CDP) - Continental**
- Handle a specific station (grill, pasta, sauces, bakery, etc.).
- Prepare dishes as per recipe and presentation standards.
- Supervise DCDPs/Commis in the section.
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and hygiene.
- Support Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations.

**Requirements**:

- 2-4 years of experience in Continental cuisine.
- Strong knowledge of Continental dishes & techniques.
- Ability to handle a section independently.

**Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP) - Continental**
- Assist CDP in daily operations of the assigned section.
- Prepare ingredients, sauces, and mise-en-place.
- Follow recipes, maintain hygiene & safety.
- Learn and grow under guidance of senior chefs.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in Continental kitchen.
- Strong passion for learning and growth.
- Basic knowledge of Continental cooking techniques.
