**Legal Data Associate (C11)**

The Legal Chief Data Office (CDO) is responsible for driving Data transformation, Architecture and Knowledge Management initiatives across the Global Legal department. As the data and knowledge champions for Legal, the CDO will set the direction and approach to implement effective and best-in-class data and knowledge management frameworks, controls, and capabilities across Legal departments,

Within that remit, the Legal CDO is hiring an experienced Data Associate who will be responsible for the driving the data transformation initiatives within Legal department in partnership with innovation lab at Citi

The Data Associate will play a key role to implement short to medium term strategical initiatives thereby resolving real world business problems of Legal department that would alleviate the ‘process debt’

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Data Associate responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Implementing the end state strategic architecture layout for Legal
- Implementation of new generation solutions like Qlik sense, Alteryx, Tableau around Analytics and Visualization to design and implement Reporting infrastructure platform for Legal.
- Acting as change management evangelist to drive adoption of Legal Data Solutions, including direct involvement in end-user change management efforts etc.
- Ensuring that all Legal Data Solutions addressing prioritized use cases are deployed consistently with Citi Data Governance standards, support Citi’s overall end state transformation in alignment with Citi’s defined Data Risk Appetite
- Ongoing monitoring of solution performance, user adoption, and business value delivered.

QUALIFICATIONS

**Must have skills**
- 3-6 years of Change management, Solution Architecture experience on a complex topic with particular focus on technology and data solutions
- Polymath personality who is both hands on and agile on proof of concept and implementation of the best tactical solution. The remit is included but not limited to Qlik sense, Tableau, and Alteryx etc..
- Exceptionally strong user discovery and technical skills
- Strong analytical/problem solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required.

**Good to have**
- Experience in Investment banking & financial institutions
- Proven ability to act independently, work quickly and thrive in a varied, fast-paced environment..
- Proven ability to work well under pressure and within tight deadlines.
