**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiation of commercial contracts (international and domestic) as formalize business’s understanding with clients, associates etc. such as RFPs, work orders, NDAs, MSAs, SOWs etc
- Reviewing, drafting and negotiation of Vendor Agreements and other documents.
- Review all contracts which are received from external parties and highlight concern areas and suggest changes to business.
- To assist in standardizing and templatizing routine contracts as may be required by the business teams
- Ensure adequate support is given till execution of well drafted contracts by protecting Company’s rights & mitigate risks
- Coordinate between the Company and Corporate lawyers, for contracts where specialized advice is sought from lawyers
- Have a repository and data base of all signed contracts and ensure that contracts are signed by authorities in the Company
- To study, understand and provide insight on various Laws applicable to the Company such as GDPR, US Laws including CCPA
- Assume responsibility of filing and retrieval of all contracts signed by the Company
- Identify Company trademarks / copyrights and take necessary steps to protect and file for registration
- Provide support to external counsel in case of litigation matters
