As a Legal Process Outsourcing (LPO) Associate, you will play a key role in providing comprehensive legal support to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- **Legal Research and Analysis**: Conducting legal research on various topics, including case law, statutes, regulations, and legal precedent, to support client initiatives and projects.
- **Document Review and Management**: Reviewing and analyzing legal documents, contracts, agreements, and other materials to identify relevant information and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- **Drafting and Reviewing Legal Documents**: Assisting in the drafting, review, and revision of legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, briefs, motions, and other legal correspondence.
- **Due Diligence Support**: Supporting due diligence efforts in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions, including reviewing corporate documents, financial records, and other relevant materials.
- **Compliance and Regulatory Support**: Assisting clients in ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards by providing research, analysis, and guidance on compliance-related matters.
- **Client Communication and Collaboration**: Collaborating with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements, provide updates on progress, and deliver high-quality work products in a timely manner.
- **Job Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Conducts legal research and investigation of complaints, claims, and lawsuits
- Examines legality of existing company rules and policies
- Drafts and revises legal policies as needed
- Secures contracts and other legal documents
- Liaises between HR, external counsel, attorneys, and the legal team
- Tracks and maintains a repository of legal resources and processes
- Performs ad hoc tasks as required

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Law
- 3 -7 years of experience in a legal role, with exposure to legal research, document review, and drafting.
- Prior experience in a legal process outsourcing or law firm environment is a plus.
- Strong understanding of legal principles, concepts, and terminology.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and databases
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus
