**Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Barista at The Baking Society in Coimbatore. As a Barista, your day-to-day tasks will include preparing and serving a variety of beverages, such as coffee, tea, and specialty drinks. You will also be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in the coffee bar area, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a positive experience for our customers.

**Qualifications**
- Barista skills, including knowledge of brewing techniques and experience in preparing a variety of beverages
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and provide exceptional service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
- Experience in food preparation and maintaining hygiene and cleanliness standards
- A passion for the culinary arts and a willingness to learn and explore new flavors
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other staff members
- Previous experience in a similar role or in the food and beverage industry is preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹38,881.03 per month
