**Client Success Executive**:
We are looking for a qualified Client Success Executive to manage a team of representatives and be the one point of contact for the Client from Digimaze. You will create reports and presentations and will be the one who will make sure that clients deliver their results. You will be dealing with the performance team on a day to day basis and will understand what is going on in the account. You will also be sitting with the Marketplace team to work on Amazon and Flipkart accounts while making sure you can answer client's questions. Apart from this you will be coordinating with the Account's team, Social Media team, Web Dev team, Design Team, SEO team and CRM team and making sure that all the teams are in sync.

To be successful as a customer support executive, you should display excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as a professional appearance. These skills will prove invaluable when mentoring the representatives in your team and mediating with clients. An outstanding customer support executive should possess a proven track record of successful client service and management skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing a team of representatives offering client support.
- Onboarding the clients and helping them get good results on their proposed KPIs.
- Communicating with clients on Day to day basis and be their one point of contact for all the problems.
- Resolving client complaints brought to your attention.
- Creating policies and procedures.
- Planning the training and standardization of service delivery.
- Monitoring the work of individual representatives and of the team.
- Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the staff.
- Possessing excellent product/service knowledge to enhance client support.
- Maintaining a pleasant working environment for your team.
- Making Reports and presentations.

**Things you will be taught**:

- Google Workspace basics
- Client Communication
- Performance Marketing - Facebook Ads, Google Ads and Google Analytics
- Basics of Social Media, SEO, CRM, Amazon Ads, Influencer Marketing, Web Design and Development - Shopify and Wordpress and Creative Design.

**Requirements**:

- A bachelor’s degree in administration or related field.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience (client servicing).
- Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to lead a team.
- Excel and Powerpoint.

Location: Powai, Andheri - Mumbai.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
