- Analyze user feedback and market trends to inform product improvements.
- Develop comprehensive documentation for product processes and updates.
- Train and mentor junior team members on technical skills and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Monitor product performance and address any issues promptly.
- Contribute to the companys mission by delivering high-quality products that positively impact society.

**Qualifications**
- Must have strong experience in Facets-Technical.
- Must be proficient in ANSI SQL for data management.
- Must have expertise in MS SQL Server for database optimization.
- Nice to have experience in the Payer domain.
- Must have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Must possess strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Must be detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
- Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
- Must be adaptable to changing project requirements.
- Must have a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
