Job Description

  • The Facets Configuration Expert will be responsible for supporting configuration management, assisting business teams with configuration migration and support, and as a primary subject matter expert during facets upgrades. This role typically involves being a Facets system administrator, supporting user security and system administration.
  • Support configuration management processes to ensure system integrity and performance.
  • Assist business teams with configuration migration and provide ongoing support.
  • Manage and execute facets upgrades to maintain system functionality and performance.
  • Serve as a Facets system administrator, overseeing user security and system administration tasks.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless integration and operation of the Facets system.

Must Have :

  • Proven experience in Facets configuration and system administration.
  • Strong understanding of configuration management principles and practices.
  • Ability to manage and support configuration migration processes.
  • Experience with facets upgrades and system maintenance.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with business teams and other departments.
