**Social Media Awareness and Engagement**:
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms.
- Foster community engagement through comments, likes, and shares.
- Monitor trends and conversations in the industry and respond accordingly.
- Analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
**Community Building and Management**:
- Foster a sense of community around the brand.
- Encourage customer interactions and engagement.
- Curate and create content related to grocery & liquor delivery, nutrition and exercise in the respective brands.
- Monitor user feedback and implement improvements.
- Administer and moderate online groups or communities related to the brand.
- Encourage discussions and interactions among group members.
- Ensure that content shared in the group aligns with community guidelines.
- Address conflicts or issues within the group in a timely and constructive manner.
**Online Event Management (Future)**:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute online events, giveaway strategies and timelines.
- Promote online events through various channels and track attendance.
**Brand Monitoring and Online Reputation Management**:
- Monitor mentions of the brand across various online platforms.
- Address customer feedback, reviews, and comments.
- Mitigate negative sentiment through effective communication and problem resolution.
- Implement strategies to enhance positive online reviews and testimonials.
- Provide timely and helpful information to customers.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with other teams to address complex customer needs.
**Good Written English**:
- Communicate effectively across various channels.
- Stay in regular communication with customers.
**Graphic designs**:
- Design graphics for various social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
- Create banners, posters, flyers, brochures, and other promotional materials and custom graphics.
- Create infographic templates to present information in a visually engaging way.
- Modify existing templates to suit specific needs.
- Retouch and enhance photographs.
- Remove backgrounds or unwanted elements from images.
- Create web graphics
- Develop product or website mockups to showcase design concepts.
**Other Skills**:
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams for cohesive strategies.
- Share insights and customer feedback with relevant departments.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices.
- Implement new strategies and technologies to improve performance.
- Communicate effectively across various channels and platforms.
- Tailor communication style to different audiences.
- Address challenges and conflicts with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Find innovative solutions to improve customer experience and brand reputation.
**Salary**: ₹442,800.00 - ₹590,400.00 per year
