**Job Title**: HR Recruiter - Consultancy

**Location**: Nipaniya, Indore
**Employment Type**: Full-time

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand client requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and closing positions.
- Build strong professional relationships with clients to ensure consistent hiring support.
- Meet hiring deadlines while ensuring high-quality talent acquisition.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment (consultancy experience preferred).
- Strong sourcing and networking skills with hands-on experience using job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and detail-oriented.
