**Job Title: Recruiter cum Sales Associate**

**Job Summary**

**Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and schedule interviews with department heads.
- Assist in HR documentation and compliance processes.

**Sales Responsibilities**:

- Explain product features, pricing, and benefits to prospective clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and direct customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment and after-sales support.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and provide timely market feedback.

**Key Skills & Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, sales, or a similar dual-role.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in Hindi and English.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM and HR software.
- Willingness to travel locally as part of sales activities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
