As we expand our operations, we’re seeking passionate and results-driven **Bench Sales Recruiters** to join our team in **Indore**. This is a hybrid role offering the flexibility to work from home part of the week, while staying connected with a collaborative office culture.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Market and place **US-based IT consultants** (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT, EAD, etc.) on **contract** and **full-time roles** with clients and implementation partners.
- Build strong relationships with bench consultants through regular follow-up, support, and professional guidance.
- Connect with **Prime Vendors, Tier 1 Vendors, and Direct Clients** to submit consultants on daily requirements.
- Negotiate rates and close positions efficiently.
- Prepare and format resumes to highlight consultants' strengths for specific client requirements.
- Maintain and update an internal database of consultants and job submissions.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, follow-ups, and onboarding processes.
- Keep consultants informed and motivated while on bench.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **1 year of experience** in Bench Sales recruiting in the US Staffing domain.
- Strong knowledge of **US tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C)**, **visas**, and **recruitment practices**.
- Excellent communication skills in English - both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with job boards and portals like **Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn**, etc.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Tech-savvy with knowledge of MS Office tools, Google Sheets, and CRM systems.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: ₹10,052.77 - ₹20,000.00 per month
