**Transfer Operations** **(**Team Leader/ Assistant Manager)**

**Job Overview**:

- Team Lead / Supervisor, Servicer Transfers is responsible for Bulk and Flow Mortgage Servicing Loan transfers from various Mortgage Banking Institutions.
- Assist with the oversight of the daily operations of the mortgage servicing transfers which must be completed and must be completed in compliance with RESPA, Investor Guidelines, CFPB and applicable law.
- This position requires a high level of coordination with our sub servicers and key internal business partners.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Strong understanding of service transfer operations
- Hands-on experience with bulk service releases and onboarding.
- Ability to comprehend terms of Purchase and Sales Agreements, Letters of Intent relative to Servicing Transfers.
- Coordinate pre and post transfer activities between Seller, Servicer, Document Custodian and Sub Servicers.
- Facilitate conference calls pre and post transfer.
- Update and maintain key transfer documents to include but not limited to, servicing questionnaire, transfer instructions and Process and Procedures.
- Monitor transfer tasks closely to ensure all timelines are met and update task tracker accordingly.
- Assist with post transfer reconciliations.
- Tracking Mortgage Documents as it relates to contractual holdbacks.
- Prepare and distribute executive summaries to internal partners on key attributes relative to Transfer.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners.
- Quickly assess the big picture in complex situations and identify what is critical to success.

**Qualification & Experience**
- Basic Degree completion (15 years of education) Good written and oral communications skills in English
- 6 to 8 years Mortgage Servicing experience.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and consistently meet multiple consistently meet multiple deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to use good judgment
