Location - Bengaluru

**Overview**:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable **Phlebotomist** to join our team in a field-based, remote working capacity. The primary responsibility will be to draw blood samples via venipuncture, label and document specimens accurately, complete the Test Requisition Form (TRF) with patient details, and ensure safe and timely transportation of samples, all in accordance with company SOPs and quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform venipuncture and other sample collection procedures with precision and patient care.
- Label all samples accurately and immediately after collection, as per SOP and barcoding guidelines.
- Fill out the Test Requisition Form (TRF**)** completely, collecting accurate patient demographics, medical history, and test-related information.
- Ensure that samples are packaged, stored, and transported to the lab in a timely manner, maintaining temperature and handling requirements.
- Maintain daily sample log**s**, including collection time, patient details, and transport tracking.
- Provide proper pre
- and post-test instructions to patients as required.
- Follow infection control protocols, patient confidentiality, and ethical standards at all times.
- Maintain phlebotomy kit stock and ensure equipment is in working order.
- Act as a representative of the Company while visiting patients or partner clinics/hospitals.
- Escalate any delays, patient feedback, or incidents to the reporting authority promptly.
- Adhere strictly to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and documentation standards.

**Desired Skills & Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Certification in Phlebotomy, Medical Laboratory Technology, or relevant field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in blood sample collection, preferably in a field-based role.
- Strong knowledge of venipuncture techniques, specimen handling, and medical safety protocols.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and responsibly in a remote and mobile work environment.
- Willingness to travel and flexibility in working hours.

**Work Environment**:

- This is a field-based role with a remote working setu**p**.
- Availability to respond promptly to patient appointments or pick-up schedules.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Work Location: In person
