We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused OMT Executive to join our Order Management Team. You will be responsible for managing diagnostic service bookings from end to end—ensuring a smooth experience for partners, direct customers, and medical professionals.

Cross-Department Coordination

Skills & Qualifications

Strong communication (Hindi & English)

Ability to interpret medical documents

Customer-first approach

Familiarity with TRFs & diagnostic services

CRM/order system experience (preferred)

Background in healthcare/medical coordination

CTC Structure

Fixed: Up to ₹3.06 LPA

Variable: Up to ₹90,000 annually

Total Potential CTC: ₹3.96 LPA

Pay: ₹177,318.64 - ₹371,357.19 per year

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Healthcare management: 1 year (preferred)
- Medical Coordination : 1 year (preferred)
- Diagnostic: 1 year (preferred)
