We are looking for a dedicated and innovative **Design Thinking Teacher** to join our team and inspire learners to embrace creativity, problem-solving, and human-centered innovation. As a Design Thinking Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in equipping students with the skills to tackle real-world challenges using design thinking principles and methodologies. This position requires an individual who is passionate about education, facilitation, and fostering a culture of exploration and innovation.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver engaging and interactive lessons on design thinking principles, frameworks, and tools to students of diverse backgrounds and experience levels.
- Design, develop, and refine curriculum and teaching materials that align with design thinking methodologies and educational goals.
- Incorporate real-world examples and case studies into lessons to enhance learning outcomes.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive classroom environment where students feel comfortable exploring ideas and sharing perspectives.
- Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving through project-based learning and experiential activities.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to students as they work on individual and group design thinking projects.
- Partner with other educators, departments, and external organizations to integrate design thinking into interdisciplinary projects.
- Organize workshops, design challenges, and community engagement activities to showcase student projects and outcomes.
- Collect and analyze feedback to continuously improve teaching methods and course content.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Education, Innovation, or a related field. A Master’s degree or teaching certification is a plus.
- Strong portfolio of educational materials, workshops, or student projects demonstrating expertise in design thinking.
- In-depth knowledge of design thinking principles, tools, and methodologies (e.g., empathy mapping, journey mapping, ideation, rapid prototyping).
- Excellent teaching, facilitation, and presentation skills with the ability to engage and inspire students.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with students and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with digital tools for teaching and collaboration (e.g., Miro, Figma, Canva, Google Workspace).
- Experience with e-learning platforms and virtual teaching tools is a plus.
- Passionate about fostering creativity and innovation in students.
- Open-minded, empathetic, and adaptable to diverse learning styles and needs.
- Strong commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on emerging trends in design thinking and education.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
