**Job Title**: Design Thinking & Innovation Tutor - Offline Sessions for School Students

**Responsibilities**:

- Introduce the **5 stages of design thinking** - Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test - through interactive activities.
- Guide students to explore **real-world problems**, brainstorm ideas, and create innovative solutions.
- Encourage **teamwork, creative confidence, and user-focused thinking**.
- Use **case studies, storytelling, design challenges, and prototyping exercises** to reinforce concepts.
- Teach how innovation applies in fields like **education, technology, business, and social impact**.
- Create a collaborative, hands-on classroom environment where students feel inspired to create and experiment.

**Requirements**:

- **Bachelor’s or Master’s degree** in Design, Innovation, Education, or a related field.
- **2-3 years of teaching or facilitation experience**, preferably in design thinking, innovation, or entrepreneurship.
- Strong understanding of **human-centered design, creative thinking tools, and problem-solving methods**.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage school-age students.
- Ability to simplify concepts and design age-appropriate activities.
- Willingness to travel to schools across **Delhi/NCR** for offline sessions.
- Passion for building **creative, critical thinkers** among young learners.
