The DP Individual and Societies Facilitator is responsible for delivering high-quality, engaging, and comprehensive instruction for the DP Individual and Societies courses. This role requires the ability to promote critical thinking, interdisciplinary learning, and an understanding of societal issues through various mediums. The facilitator will ensure that students meet the standards set by the International Baccalaureate (IB) program while fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, administer, and assess both formative and summative assessments to measure student progress, providing constructive and timely feedback.
- Work closely with colleagues within the DP team and the wider teaching staff to plan cross-disciplinary lessons and share best practices.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and contribute to reporting on student outcomes, ensuring that each student is supported in achieving their best potential.
- Engage in ongoing professional learning to stay updated with developments in the IB curriculum and teaching methodologies.
- Facilitate student participation in extracurricular activities that support learning in the Individual and Societies field, including field trips, debates, and model UN conferences.
- **School Community Engagement**: Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages open discussion, respect, and active participation from all students.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- A degree in a relevant field (e.g., History, Geography, Economics, Psychology, Social Sciences, etc.). A teaching qualification and/or experience with the IB Diploma Programme is highly preferred.
- 2+ years of teaching experience, preferably within the IB system, with a focus on Individual and Societies.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to adapt teaching styles to meet diverse learning needs.
- Proficiency in using educational technologies and digital tools to support teaching and learning.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
