Process Executive

Reporting to:
RAPC HEAD / Regional Head / Head of Home Loan

Position Purpose:
As a Process Executive, the role involves overseeing and managing customer and builder APF (Approved Project Finance) proposals, ensuring accuracy and adherence to processes.

**Responsibilities**:
Data Entry: Accurately enter and verify data related to customer and APF proposals as per the provided checklist.

Customer & Builder Proposals: Oversee the customer and builder APF proposals.

Follow-up: Regular follow-up/clarifications from branch, sales team, and DSA/connector.

Legal & Valuation Process: Coordinate with legal and valuation vendors to ensure required documents are obtained and processed promptly.

Query Resolution: Address and resolve queries from customers, builders, and internal stakeholders efficiently.

MIS Reporting: Provide daily/weekly/monthly MIS.

Educational Qualification:
Graduate from a university recognized by the Government of India/Government bodies/AICTE.

**Experience**:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the banking/financial services sector, particularly in Retail Assets focusing on Housing Loans and Secured Loans (LAP).

Specialist in Housing Loan/LAP proposal verification (end-to-end).

Typical Compensation:
₹3 - ₹4 LPA + Bonus

90% Fixed & 10% Variable

Working Days:
6 Days per week
