Position: Process Coordinator (Entry-Level)
Location: Salt Lake
Department: Operations / Business Support
Reporting To: Process Manager / Team Lead
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and organized fresher to join our team as a Process Coordinator. This role will support the operations team in coordinating day-to-day activities, ensuring proper documentation, and helping maintain efficient workflow between departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in coordinating daily operational processes and ensuring timely task execution
- Maintain and update process-related documents and trackers
- Communicate with internal departments for follow-ups and data collection
- Prepare basic reports and summaries using Excel and other tools
- Support in scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and tracking action points
- Identify any process delays or gaps and escalate when necessary
- Learn and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs)
**Required Skills**:
- Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Management preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of business processes is a plus
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the role
Preferred:
- Internship experience in operations, administration, or support roles
- Knowledge of tools like Google Workspace, Asana, or Trello (added advantage)
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
