**Title: Marketing and Operations Coordinator**

**Responsibilities**:
**1)Marketing Support**:

- Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure that all marketing materials are produced and delivered on time and within budget.
- Conduct market research and analyse consumer behaviour to identify trends and opportunities.
- Manage social media accounts and engage with followers to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Support the creation and distribution of marketing collateral, such as brochures, flyers, and promotional materials.

**2)Operations Management**:

- Oversee day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth functioning of the organization.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Maintain accurate records of operational expenses and budgets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and resolve operational issues.

**3)Administrative Support**:

- Provide administrative support to the marketing and operations teams, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for team members as needed.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Serve as a point of contact for inquiries from clients, vendors, and other external parties.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in marketing support roles, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and marketing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics).
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
