Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Tele Sales Executive with experience in international phone sales to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, handling inbound calls, generating leads, and closing sales. Your experience in international phone sales will be key to driving business growth and expanding our client base.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential international clients, generating new business opportunities.
- Handle inbound calls, addressing customer queries and providing product information.
- Qualify leads and close sales, meeting or exceeding set targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international customers.
- Accurately record customer details, conversations, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Mandatory: Experience in international phone sales (must have worked with clients from regions like the USA, UK, Australia, etc.).
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English.
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated in a target-driven environment.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Positive attitude, self-driven, and proactive.
