As a Telesales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, driving sales and promoting our products and services through outbound calls. You will need to understand customer needs, provide relevant product recommendations, and close sales efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers, introducing them to our products and services
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Effectively communicate product features and benefits to prospects
- Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions in the CRM system
- Follow up with leads and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly

**Qualifications**:

- Strong communication skills in English, Gujarati, and Hindi
- Previous experience in telesales or customer service is a plus
- Ability to build rapport with customers and provide excellent service
- Basic computer knowledge
