Telesales Executive is responsible for actively promoting and selling products or services over the phone. This role involves making outbound calls to potential customers, understanding their needs, and persuading them to purchase the offered products or services. Telesales Executives play a crucial role in achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the sales team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Cold Calling**:

- Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce products or services.
- Generate interest and build rapport to create opportunities for sales.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the products or services being offered.
- Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and unique selling points to potential customers.
- **Lead Qualification**:

- Qualify leads by assessing the needs, budget, and decision-making authority of potential customers.
- Identify and prioritize high-potential leads for follow-up.
- **Sales Pitch**:

- Deliver persuasive and compelling sales pitches to potential customers.
- Address customer objections and concerns to overcome resistance and close sales.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
- Establish and nurture positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- **Sales Targets**:

- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve overall departmental goals.
- **Reporting**:

- Provide regular updates on call activities, lead qualification, and sales progress to the sales manager.
- Submit accurate and timely reports on key performance metrics.
- **Market Research**:

- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Use market insights to tailor sales approaches and strategies.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
