Conduct regular quality control tests on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products using analytical techniques such as chromatography, spectroscopy, titration, and microscopy.
- Ensure that products meet specified quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement quality assurance programs to maintain consistent product quality.
- Identify and troubleshoot quality issues in collaboration with production and engineering teams.
- Participate in quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
- Optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize waste generation.
- Monitor process parameters and recommend adjustments to achieve desired product quality and yield.
- Collaborate with engineers and production personnel to implement process improvements and scale-up new products
- Participate in the research and development of new products or formulations.
- Conduct experiments, analyze results, and recommend adjustments to formulations or production methods.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
