One of our esteemed clients is looking for experienced, diligent, intelligent, engineers with demonstrated experience. Main Objective is to maintain design documentation as per the criterias; Manage Continuous Engineering Activity for Existing Products; Improve the Design and Performance of Existing Products.

**Key Objectives of this Role**:

- Lead the production planning function for Factory
- Assist the Purchase and Stores team in material planning
- Ensure timely entry of Production Orders in SAP and release to Stores
- Ensure sanctity of BOMs of all products as per customer and regulatory requirements

**Roles & Responsibilities: -**

1.) Prepare rolling 4-week Production Plan for PLUS brand

2.) Coordinate with TRIX, L&B, Driver and Cables teams for planning common requirements

3.) Prepare Production Order in SAP against the Sales Orders

4.) Prepare Production Work order & Co-ordinate to Production Engineer & Packing Department in Floor

5.) Initiate Component transfer requests for daily Production as per BOM.

6.) Consolidate Rejection Replacement Slip for rejections during daily Production and advice Purchase/Stores for further action

7.) Prepare weekly summary of the rejection during Production based on rejection replacement slip

8.) Prepare Report Completion/STN/ Deliveries in SAP and coordinate with Accounts team for invoices

9.) Make E-Way Bill against the Sales Invoice

10.) Co-ordinate with Sales Person for Dispatched Plant of Finish Goods against Sales Order

**Documentation: -**

1.) Assuring the proper Maintenance of daily related records and documents as per company policy.

2.) Manage and Maintain all related details in respective software.

3.) Extending support to other departments as and when required.

**Required Skills: -**

1. Should have ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

2. Should possess Leadership Skills, Team Management.

3. Should be a self-starter

4. Should possess a sense of responsibility

5. Should possess excellent communication skills, analytical skills, negotiation skills, convincing skills and listening skills.

8. Should be strong in Finance & Accounts related activities

9. Should be strong in SAP, MS Excel and Reports generation

10. Should possess good experience with SAP BOM/Production module
