We are currently looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team and help us expand our client base.

Job Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and generate potential leads through various channels such as online research, databases, and social media.

Cold Calling: Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our services, understand their requirements, and qualify leads.

Client Engagement: Engage with potential clients professionally and courteously, building rapport and understanding their needs.

Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings for the sales team with qualified leads and ensure timely follow-up to maintain client interest.

Database Management: Maintain and update the customer database with accurate information on leads, contacts, and interactions.

Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on lead generation activities, call outcomes, and scheduled appointments to the management team.

Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from potential clients to understand market trends and customer preferences.

No Sales Targets: Focus on generating leads and setting up meetings without the pressure of sales targets.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar lead generation role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficient in using CRM software and other lead generation tools.

A basic understanding of the hospitality and food & beverages industry is a plus.
