Ltd.** **Locations: Vasai(W)** **Duration: fulltime** **Responsibilities**: - Answer incoming calls from customers - Ensuring and Adhering to the Target set on Patient conversions. - Assist customers with requests for information, complaints, Booking appointments, and resolving queries. - Follow up on appointments booked/ Cancelled. - Objection handling on patient queries. - Adherence to the script & process. - Adherence to shifts/Login hours. - Responsible and ensuring customer satisfaction by assisting patients with issues and concerns related their - health. - Liaising with different stakeholders in patient’s hospitalization and billing details. - Ensuring patient conversion on leads. - Strong active listening/comprehension skills: They must be able to listen actively to comprehend and decode the - customers’ message. - Willingness to Learn/ Mentor New starts and be a team player. - Willingness to Take additional responsibilities and take feedback positively. **Requirements**: - High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is a plus. - Prior experience as a telecaller or in a similar customer service/sales role is preferred. - Excellent verbal communication skills in [mention languages]. - Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills. - Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.). - Positive attitude and problem-solving ability Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month **Language**: - Hindi (preferred) - English (preferred) Work Location: In person
