**ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Overall Responsibility & Accountability for Marketing and Sales in assigned area.
- Planning Business customer wise and Meeting Sales and Collection Targets.
- Creating demand in workshops and Retail Counters for the Product
- technical selling.
- Searching Good Distribution houses, convincing and appointment of Distributors and then bringing business growth by proper service and relationships.
- Monitoring Competition actions, reporting and taking counter actions.
- New product launching and follow-up for repeat business.
- Getting implemented company marketing policies on Payment, Warranty, sales and Brand.
- Customer complaint handling ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Organizing Road shows, Van Campaigning to create Brand Awareness and product pull.
- Monthly Reports submission

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS**
- B.E. / MBA - Mechanical Engineering / Marketing. B.A/ B Com. Any gradudate.
- 3+ Years related experience.
- Hands on experience on above mentioned responsibilities.
- People Person.
- Should be from Automobile or Auto Component Industry.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹400,000.00 per year
