Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product teams to define and implement innovative design solutions that align with business goals.
- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to ensure the design solutions meet user needs and enhance user experience.
- Develop and maintain UI style guides and design systems for consistency across the platform.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI/UX design.
- Work closely with front-end developers to ensure design implementation matches your vision.
- Iterate designs based on user feedback, testing, and analytics.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous work in UI/UX design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Understanding of HTML/CSS; knowledge of front-end development is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
