**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Be the Face of Our Brand**: Greet all visitors, clients, and colleagues with warmth, clarity, and professionalism, setting the tone for a dynamic corporate culture.
- **Smart Call Management**: Manage a digital phone system and virtual call routing with precision and poise.
- **Digital Check-Ins**: Use visitor management tools to log, badge, and track guest arrivals — with data accuracy and privacy compliance.
- **Space Coordination**: Manage smart scheduling for meeting rooms and collaboration zones, ensuring optimal use of workplace resources.
- **Office Ambassador**: Act as a bridge between facilities, admin, and HR to ensure a comfortable, fully supported workplace experience.
- **Communication Hub**: Disseminate internal updates, notices, and front-desk communications through digital signage and team platforms.
- **Logistics Support**: Handle courier dispatch, mailroom coordination, and deliveries using modern tracking tools.
- **Experience Enhancer**: Assist in planning small employee engagement events, welcome kits, client greetings, and office culture touchpoints.
- **Tech-Enabled Efficiency**: Leverage tools like MS Office, Google Workspace, visitor apps, and collaboration platforms to streamline tasks.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- 1-3 years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or hospitality-driven role, preferably in a modern corporate environment
- A natural people-person with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong command of digital tools: Outlook, Excel, visitor apps, calendars
- Ability to think on your feet, prioritize, and handle high-volume environments with calm confidence
- Detail-oriented, emotionally intelligent, and solutions-focused
- Professional appearance with a relaxed, approachable presence
- Degree in hospitality, administration, business, or communications preferred
