**Job role**: Domestic IT Recruiter (ONLY FEMALES)

**Experience** : 1 - 2 yrs of experience ONLY (IMMEDIATE JOINER)

**Location** : Secunderabad (**People staying outside twin cities please do not apply**)

**Salary**: 15-20% hike on last drawn CTC (**contingent upon interview performance**).

**Responsibilities**
- Designing and implementing overall recruiting strategy
- Developing and updating job descriptions and specifications
- Performing job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
- Preparing recruitment materials and posting jobs to appropriate job boards
- Assessing applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
- Onboarding new employees to become fully integrated

**Requirements and Skills**
- Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter.
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Excellent understanding of recruitment processes.
- Good understanding of Employer Branding strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good decision-making skills.
