Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop tailored hiring strategies specific to the domestic market.
- Source top talent through local job boards, social media platforms, employee referrals, and recruitment databases.
- Partner with leadership and department heads to forecast staffing needs and create hiring plans aligned with domestic market demands.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress and metrics.
- Stay informed about domestic IT industry trends and emerging technologies to identify and attract niche skills.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical roles within the domestic market.
- Ensure compliance with local recruitment policies, legal standards, and organizational guidelines.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of proven experience in IT recruitment focused on the domestic market, preferably within a fast-paced environment or IT consulting firm.
- Strong understanding of domestic IT roles, skills, and technologies, including cloud computing, software development, DevOps, cybersecurity, and data analytics.
- **Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ZohoRecruit), HR tools, and recruitment platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter.**:

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and prioritize effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

- **Experience hiring for senior or niche IT roles within the domestic market.**:

- Familiarity with recruitment analytics and metrics.
- Knowledge of innovative sourcing and hiring techniques tailored to local requirements.

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- HITEC City, Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
