Skills and qualifications

Essential skills and qualifications include proven experience in Domestic IT or technical recruiting, an understanding of Domestic IT job functions, technical skills and programming languages, proficiency with ATS and recruitment software, strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills, and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

*Preferred qualifications*

Desired qualifications may include experience in fast-paced or high-volume recruiting, a technical background (e.g., software development, cloud computing).
