**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT positions, ensuring timely and effective hiring.
- Collaborate closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior recruiters, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Demonstrate the ability to navigate and respect cross-cultural diversities, ensuring inclusive hiring practices that reflect our organizational values.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive salaries, and best practices in IT recruitment to inform strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Master's degree in Education or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in domestic IT recruitment, preferably in a managerial capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and the recruitment landscape.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of managing and developing recruitment teams.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Demonstrated understanding of and sensitivity to cross-cultural diversities in the workplace.
