**Key Responsibilities**:
Make outbound calls to students, parents, and colleges
Explain our training, internship, and placement services
Schedule counseling sessions and guide students
Maintain records in CRM/Excel
Support in seminars, webinars, and placement drives
Meet monthly conversion and enrollment targets

**Skills Required**:
Strong communication in English and Tamil (other languagesare a plus)
Basic sales or customer handling experience (preferred)
Knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools
Quick learner with a student-friendly attitude
Team player with target-driven mindset
