We're a remote-first company headquartered in Palo Alto, California and have been featured in America's best startup employers by Forbes, 2021 and in Top 10 most innovative workplace companies by Fast Company, 2021. **Responsibilities**: - Facilitating Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, sprint review/demo, and retrospective for multiple cross-functional teams - Coaching teams on Agile/Scrum values, principles, and techniques to foster continuous improvement and adherence to best practices - Collaborating with Product Owners and stakeholders to prioritize and refine the product backlog, ensuring alignment with program goals and customer needs - Communicating technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, fostering a shared understanding of project status, risks, and dependencies - Managing project commitments, establishing clear accountability chains, and escalating issues as needed to ensure timely resolution - Leveraging Jira and other tools to collect and analyze team-level metrics, providing transparency and insights into project progress and performance - Supporting global remote teams by facilitating communication, collaboration, and coordination across different time zones and cultural contexts - Adapting to changing priorities and requirements in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining focus on delivering high-quality outcomes **Job Requirements** - 5+ years of experience in a Scrum Master role, with a demonstrated understanding of Agile/Scrum principles and practices - 12-15 years of overall experience in complex tech projects involving software engineering and project management - Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field - Thorough understanding of Cloud technologies and IT operations, particularly in the context of engineering and software development - Strong leadership, analytical, and technical skills, with the ability to facilitate teamwork, negotiation, and decision-making - Experience in Openstack We're especially excited if you have: - Experience building and launching consumer software products for web, mobile platforms - Capability to handle multiple priorities in an energizing environment - Customer relationship skills including the ability to: - Discover true requirements and underlying feature requests - Recommend alternative technical and business approaches - Lead engineering efforts to meet bold timelines with optimal solutions - A deep understanding of the SDLC and consistent record of achieving program objectives on schedule, on budget and meeting quality criteria - A Strong sense of ownership and accountability for program success - Certification as a Scrum Master, PMP/Prince2, or equivalent **Why Turing?** - A super collaborative, supportive, and enthusiastic work culture - Awesome colleagues with incredible experience from Meta, Google, LinkedIn etc. as well as deep startup experience - Competitive compensation with great tax benefits - Fast career growth (High growth unicorn firm) - Flexible work timings - Full-time remote opportunity Turing is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
