We are seeking a passionate and experienced Scrum Master, who will facilitate Agile ceremonies, manage sprint processes, and drive collaboration across teams and stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement and successful project outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesAgile Facilitation:- Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.- Ensure that Agile principles and best practices are consistently applied across teams.Sprint Management:- Plan, monitor, and manage sprint activities to ensure timely delivery.- Identify and remove impediments that hinder the team’s progress.- Support the Product Owner in maintaining a well-refined product backlog.Team Management & Collaboration:- Foster a culture of trust, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.- Coach team members on Agile principles and encourage self-organization.- Promote open communication and effective problem-solving among cross-functional teams.Stakeholder Management:- Act as a bridge between the development team and key stakeholders.- Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies clearly and proactively.- Ensure stakeholder expectations are aligned with sprint goals and deliverables.Continuous Improvement:- Monitor team performance metrics and identify areas for process optimization.- Drive initiatives that enhance team productivity and delivery quality.Qualifications & Skills- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred.- 3–7 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a software development environment.- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and software development life cycles.- Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.- Demonstrated leadership in guiding teams through Agile transformations.
