The Scrum Master will be responsible for guiding and coaching our Scrum teams in the effective implementation of Agile practices. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Scrum framework and the ability to foster a collaborative and productive team environment. Experience in coaching and mentoring Agile teams. Mandatory skills : Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced Scrum certifications (e.g., Advanced Certified Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Professional) or equivalent certification. 7+ years of proven experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment. Strong understanding of DevOps and Agile methodologies including the Scrum framework and experience in tools such as Jira and Confluence. Knowledge of other Agile frameworks (e.g., Kanban, Lean). Expert knowledge in developing/driving/presentation with metrics and KPIs Desired skills : Self-managed and motivated individual with strong leadership skills. Excellent written, oral and presentation skills. Works with minimal oversight and proactively communicates status and risks to project leadership.
