2. Assist customers over the phone with technical support and service-related issues.

3. Manage incoming calls and customer service inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

4. Generate sales leads and contribute to the development of new customers.

5. Contact customers and respond to complaints in a professional manner.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
