**Sales Profile**
- Fixing up appointments and meeting up with the customers - Architects, Builders & Interior Designers
- Explain the available product ranges and services offered to the customers
- Understanding the customer various requirements through channelized Sales FAQs
- Persuading and guiding the customer with the best suitable product and service to the customers
- Follow-up, negotiate with the customer and prepare the quotation
- Follow-up with the potential customers and close the sales order as per the company sales policy and price terms & conditions
- Ensure Customer Satisfaction through improved customer service etiquette, faster query resolution and enhanced customer experience
- Ensure Google reviews & testimonials are generated
- Monitor the sales operations on CRM software with timely data input to complete the end-to-end orders
- Listening to customer concerns and resolving issues and complaints promptly
- Escalating complex or unresolved complaints to the relevant authorities
- In-depth understanding of a company's internal processes and the techniques to improve the business
- Keeping updated about the industry, market trends, new product arrivals and stay competitive for all time business
- Developing domain knowledge to understand the industry's specific needs, preferences and challenges
- Any Graduates who is a go-getter and have zeal to achieve the sales target, aim at progressive career and financial growth.
- Own vehicle is mandatory.
- Should be flexible for local & outstation travelling
- Should be smart, excellent in communication and presentation
- Should be a good negotiator and target oriented
- Should be capable of handling the work pressure and close the deals
- Should be excellent in English, local language, Hindi languages
- Languages - regional language, Hindi, English and other regional touch will be an added advantage
- Gender - Male exclusively
- Experience - above 2yrs of field sales experience
- Qualification - Any graduate /MBA marketing
- Travelling - well versed with regional topography
- Target Oriented
