**Field Executive**
**Gender**: Male or Female
**Working Hours**: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
**Salary Package**: ₹12,000 to ₹15,000 per month
**Location**: Kochi

Roles and Responsibilities:

- **Field Operations**:

- Perform on-site tasks such as delivering products, taking customer feedback, and gathering information as required.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries or issues in person.
- **Client Interaction**:

- Act as a point of contact for customers or clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions in the field.
- **Documentation**:

- Collect necessary documents and data as part of your field responsibilities.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, customer visits, and feedback.
- Submit reports to supervisors or management regularly.
- **Sales Support**:

- Assist in promoting company products/services during field visits.
- Provide sales support when interacting with potential or existing clients.
- Identify new sales opportunities and communicate these to the sales team.
- **Follow-Up**:

- Ensure follow-up actions after field visits, including product/service updates, feedback collection, and issue resolution.
- Report back to the head office with updates on all interactions.
- **Customer Service**:

- Provide high-level customer service while in the field.
- Address and resolve any issues raised by customers during your visit.
- Maintain professionalism and empathy during all interactions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- **Educational Qualification**:

- Minimum qualification of 10th grade or higher.
- A diploma or degree in any field is an advantage.
- **Experience**:

- Freshers can apply, but previous experience in a field role or sales is a plus.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam (both spoken and written).
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients.
- Basic computer knowledge for maintaining records and reports.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Problem-solving skills to handle customer issues on-site.
- **Personal Attributes**:

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Flexibility in adapting to different environments.
