E-commerce Marketplace Operations Executive
Job description
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Hands-on Creating Amazon FBA Shipments and taking appointments on the same for inwards.
- Hands-on Creating Flipkart FBF Shipments and taking appointments on the same for inwards.
- Knowledge of Vendor Central Portal.
- Tracking Dispatches of Goods and ensuring that it is in-warded in FC on time.
- Hands-on Creation of removals of damage or unsellable inventories from respective warehouses of Amazon & Flipkart Portals.
- Tracking Returns which are received at warehouse and raising case for any discrepancies.
- Having strong communication in solving problems related to listings, Returns etc. through seller support and through relationship managers.
- Maintain good relations with stakeholders on uploading Deals & Promotion Offers on Amazon, Flipkart and other market places.
- Ensuring 100% of products are live on all Platforms.
- Hands-on Running Sponsor Ads on Amazon & Flipkart.
- Hands-on Keyword Optimization of Listings of Amazon & Flipkart.
- Can Create MIS reports such as Daily Sales Report, Replenishment reports, Amazon Advertising Reports, Flipkart Ads Reports and other forms of reporting on daily basis as per stakeholder Requirements.
- Good with Excel in terms of VLOOKUP, SUMIF, MATCH and other formulas.
- Experience and hands on Operations across Ecommerce Platform.
- High - (Should be comfortable with data) PowerPoint /Excel / Word/ System
- Good Oral & Written Communication Skills
- Age Category: 25+
- Experience: 3 to 5 Years
- Should Stay within 45 min from Office Address

Education
- Any Graduate
