**Work Mode: Work from Office**

What You’ll Do:

- **Identify, onboard, and manage influencers** across diverse social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, etc.).
- Build and maintain **strong, authentic relationships with content creators** to drive long-term brand collaborations.
- **Plan, design, and execute innovative influencer marketing campaigns** aimed at boosting brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (social media, performance marketing, brand strategy, and design) to ensure **campaign alignment with overall marketing goals**.
- **Track, analyze, and optimize influencer campaigns** using data-driven insights and influencer marketing tools to improve ROI.
- Stay updated with the latest **influencer marketing trends, social media algorithms, and content strategies** to bring fresh ideas to campaigns.

What We’re Looking For:

- **0-6 months of experience** in influencer marketing, social media marketing, or related digital marketing roles (internship/freelance included).
- Strong **communication and relationship-building skills** to engage and nurture influencer partnerships.
- A creative mindset with the ability to **design impactful influencer strategies** that resonate with target audiences.
- Familiarity with **social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Facebook, Snapchat, etc.)** and influencer marketing tools.
- Excellent **organizational and multitasking abilities** to manage multiple influencer collaborations simultaneously.
- A passion for **digital marketing trends, innovation, and storytelling** that drives meaningful brand-influencer collaborations.

Pay: ₹320,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
