- Associate

Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru

Experience**:2+ years**

**Job Descriptions**:

- Develop and manage relationships with brand partners.
- Create and execute strategies to maximise our brand partnerships
- Track and analyse the performance of brand partnerships
- Lead initiatives to support and grow our brand partnerships
- Negotiate contracts with brand partners
- Monitor the competitive landscape to identify potential brand partners
- Develop and manage our brand partner portal
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices
- Manage day-to-day operations of brand partnerships
- Should have knowledge of creating **PPT presentations.**:

- Should be open for frequent travel to **PAN India/abroad for client meetings.**

**Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a brand/marketing

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent communication (both oral and written) with presentation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on ambitious targets and meet tight deadlines
- Passionate about closing deals
- Ability to take decisions to solve problems
- Capable of working effectively in a team and independently when required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
