**Role Summary**
As a **Marketing & Partnerships Associate** at Wundrsight, you will be responsible for implementing integrated marketing campaigns (both digital and event-based), developing our brand presence, and forging strategic partnerships within the healthcare and mental health communities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders—including doctors, therapists, and hospital management—to drive awareness of Wundrsight’s products and services, improving digital health literacy among end-users.
**Key Responsibilities**
**1. Digital Marketing & Social Media**
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc.).
- Develop engaging content (infographics, short videos, blog posts) that resonates with healthcare professionals and patients.
- Track campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to refine strategies.
**2. Community & Event-Based Marketing**
- Build and host communities within the healthcare industry involving psychiatrists, psychologists, therapists, neuroscientists and researches in mental and behavioral health domains
- Organize and attend conferences, workshops, and educational events to showcase Wundrsight’s offerings.
- Coordinate speaking engagements, panel discussions, and product demonstrations with medical professionals and partners.
- Gather attendee feedback to refine future event strategies and marketing collateral.
**3. Brand Building & Content Strategy**
- Collaborate with the creative team to shape brand guidelines, ensuring consistent messaging across channels.
- Craft compelling narratives and stories illustrating how Wundrsight’s digital health solutions address mental health challenges.
- Maintain a content calendar, ensuring timely publication of thought leadership pieces, case studies, and product updates.
**4. KOL Advocacy & Healthcare Partnerships**
- Identify and engage key opinion leaders (doctors, therapists, mental health advocates) to champion Wundrsight’s vision.
- Develop and nurture relationships with healthcare providers, hospital administrators, and academic institutions.
- Coordinate joint marketing or research initiatives, positioning Wundrsight as a trusted partner in digital mental health.
**5. Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Management**
- Meet with hospital management, clinical teams, and doctor staff to promote Wundrsight’s solutions and digital health literacy initiatives.
- Work closely with the sales and product teams to align marketing materials with healthcare needs and regulatory standards.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and monitor their implementation for maximum ROI.
**6. Market Research & Analysis**
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in digital health and mental wellness.
- Analyze market gaps and opportunities, proposing new strategies to expand Wundrsight’s reach.
- Report on marketing performance metrics, generating insights that guide future campaign planning and resource allocation.
**7. Collaborative Teamwork**
- Work cross-functionally with the design, product, and clinical teams to ensure unified messaging.
- Provide feedback on product features and user experience based on market feedback and stakeholder inputs.
- Contribute to internal brainstorming sessions, offering fresh ideas to drive engagement and awareness.
**Qualifications & Skills**
- Education:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Public Health, or a related field.
- **Medical (MBBS or allied), PhD in Lifesciences/Healthcare or Psychology strongly preferred.**:
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in marketing, partnerships, or business development roles, ideally within healthcare, wellness, or related industries.
- Proven track record in executing digital marketing strategies and managing social media campaigns.
- Technical & Marketing Skills: Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) and social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Experience in organizing events, conferences, or workshops.
- Strong copywriting and content development skills, with the ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences.
- Healthcare Industry Knowledge: Understanding of healthcare ecosystems, including the roles of doctors, therapists, and hospital administrators.
- Insight into mental health challenges, digital therapeutics, or XR-based healthcare solutions is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong relationship-building skills with external partners and internal teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Travel involved - 25%
