**Job Title: Marketing Associate**

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products/services.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms, website, and other marketing channels.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute marketing campaigns.
- Analyze marketing data and metrics to evaluate campaign performance and make recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in organizing events, webinars, and other marketing initiatives.
- Provide support to the marketing team as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in marketing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
