**Role Overview**

**Role Description and Key Responsibilities**

The role involves tasks including but not limited to
- **Battery Pack Mechanical Assembly**: Assemble mechanical components for battery packs, including enclosures, mounts, and thermal management systems. Ensure the integrity and functionality of battery packs through meticulous assembly and testing.
- **Design and Testing**: Conduct engineering analyses and simulations to validate designs. Perform hands-on testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve design issues.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams including electrical engineers, product owners, and SCM team to integrate mechanical systems with other components and ensure seamless operation.
- **Documentation**: Prepare detailed documentation for prototypes, including design specifications, testing procedures, and analysis reports. Ensure that all design changes are well-documented and communicated to relevant stakeholders.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Identify opportunities for design improvements and process optimizations. Stay updated with the latest advancements in mechanical engineering and prototyping technologies.

**Desired Qualifications and Experience**
- Diploma/ITI in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in mechanical assembly and prototyping, preferably in the clean energy or high-tech industry.

**Desired Skills and Attributes**
- Strong proficiency in mechanical design and analysis.
- Hands-on experience with prototyping techniques and tools.
- Experience with battery pack mechanical assembly and related systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Familiarity with testing and validation procedures for mechanical systems.
- Innovative mindset with a passion for sustainability and clean energy.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Enthusiastic and proactive with a drive for continuous learning and improvement

**Location**: Near Chakan, Pune, India (on-site)

**Pay and Benefits**: Competitive and above market standard pay, will be evaluated based on profile and skills.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
